hey man, I just binge watched a ton of your videos and I love em so much. You have incredible ideas and really go into the detail other people don't wanna show ("the secret sauce"). I wanted to reach out to you because I think you could get so much more traffic onto your videos if you'd experiment with a new way of thumbnails. Respectfully, I feel like they don't really match your vibe (especially because of the big black box.) Maybe that's just my impression but I just wanted to give you some feedback because I really do enjoy your content. Lots of love, Alina

@@minor-co I'd choose a brighter (more playful/positive) theme. Like the thumbnail of getting started with raycast. this thumbnail is very simple, nice on the eye and has smooth transitions. The black and white is really aggressive :D
Is it possible to have the reports emailed to the sales employees?
There's no email option. But they can login any time to view their data. I also send a monthly report to my team commenting on how we're doing.
Hi Paul, maybe a little off topic, but is there a shortcut to zoom into on a data entry field/activity such as writing an email inside pipedrive? Maybe my eyesight is weaker than most or my screen too small, either way all the screen clutter and text size makes me lean in so my face is inches from the screen.
Your browser should have an option to make the web page bigger. On a Mac it's Cmd +

I wouldn't recommend having hard copies as this would present a security risk.
Hey man. I’m on an Asana trial right now and just realized how limited I’ll be with only 250 after I purchase the starter plan. I’m blown away by this because you’d think software like this would come with base functionality to auto assign all tasks to someone or move “completed” items to a certain section, but both of those require rules and will max out my limits alone. Any tips on how I can work around this on the starter tier when my plan is up?
Hi Josh, if you'd rather not pay for the Advanced tier, your other option is to create automations like this using Zapier.

Paul, great content and finding what you do is quite valuable. About this specific video though, I do have some feedback. I think you are attempting to summarize who you are in this clip and what it is you do. If your focus is on "you" then, I guess it works if your goal of the video is "Provide a generalized summary of Paul's life work". The question is, is your communication serving the goals you have for the intended viewer? That they have a general summary of your life's work and who you are? If so, then I'd say A+. If your goal was different, to say, "Convert niche viewership into business clients or opportunities", then you might think differently about the video. I hope this message encourages you to think about the landing video people first click on when wanting to know, Who really is Paul Minor? If people got this far, they want to really know more about you because they most likely, like what they see. Personally speaking, those are the types of individuals you want to convert to business clients so consider, focusing your content on capturing and converting those individuals in a way that is aligned to your brand, your personality, and how you like to engage potential clients. This is the least I can do for all the great advice you've provided me through your videos. Good luck!

How can I arrange windows from my Mac to the external monitor? Once i arrange on the external it moves to my Mac
Sorry, I'm not entirely sure what you're asking. But I find it easier if my MacBook lid is closed and to simply work on an external monitor.
Always love your videos! Question - Is there a way that if a question is posed asking the # of [Input Item Here], for example, 1, 2, or 3, that it would branch out to ask the same series of questions to collect information about each? i.e. If they select 1 items the same list of 5 questions and if it's 2 the list of 5 questions twice and so on?
I believe I have figured out the answer to the above. However, I have a follow-up question. If I have a Multi-select Question with the options 1, 2, or 3, and I have all of my questions prepared for if 1 is selected, is there a way to efficiently duplicate all of my questions for if 2 or 3 is selected or do I need to manually input all questions?

Whenever a document is attached in the Project Overview and I create a template from that project. The documents in "key resources" are not transferred to the template. Why is this the case?
Sounds like this is a limitation of the templates feature I'm afraid.

Hi Paul this is great i have a conference coming up & i want to sort the timeline can i have one prjects called Events & then the specific conference inside of that & also have many others or only 1 per project? If it is just 1 project i find there will be too many projects on the side
It depends. If there's a small amount of work to manage, you may be able to get away with having one task per event in your master project. But if there are a lot of tasks to set up and manage the event, you may find an entire project is best.

Yes, go to 'Settings » Hacks' and you'll see an option to change where recurring tasks are stored on that page.

Can Asana actually schedule and automatically post content in Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. I know it sounds silly but Im' having an incredibly hard time trying to find the answer to this question.
No, I'm afraid not. For this you would need an actual social scheduling tool like Buffer.

I imported my spreadsheet. One of the columns was Deal Title. So I have all these DEALS. But NOTHING in contacts. I assumed the Name, Address, Phone, etc that I mapped to person and org would show up in contacts. But it is blank. Also I'm a bit confused with the contacts, leads, deals. I have a list of properties and most were skip traced that may or may not be 100% accurate. So I import from Excel. Do they become contacts? Am I supposed to make cold calls to my contacts and then if they are valid, turn them into leads. Then if leads are interested in possibly selling, turn them into deals? Or do I look at the contacts to see which ones I'm interested in, turn them into leads and then cold call the leads. Then turn leads that are interested in selling into deals?

I'm afraid you can't create custom objects. But you could add contracts as documents within a deal.

I was wondering how you would use the 'Pipeline' for an office that has hundreds of patients, that are all ongoing cases, to ensure it doesn't get messy. We are a clinic where you can never necessarily 'win' a case, as we want them to stay in our system and keep booking appointments in the future.
WON - is just a termination point. Probably better custom fit medical CRM’s that would integrate w/ back-office, accounting and insurance claims.
In that case, you may not want to create a deal for all of your patients. Just create contacts and you can track your activity with them on the contact, not a deal.
How can i copy a template ? If i have similar templates but i want to streamline the process of making the template by copying them and changing the minor things i want to change
I am not near my computer but I’m pretty sure there’s an option because I’ve done it. I’ve created multiple copies of the same template because I wanted one to be a certain version and then another one with a few more steps. There’s gotta be a button you can click to see more options and to be able to get there. Sorry I can’t tell you specifics but I know it’s possible. Hope you can find it.
The simplest thing to do would be to use your existing template to create a project, make the necessary changes then save that project as a new template.

Just start small and you'll form new habits with it over time.
